Kasikornbank has announced its financial targets for 2026, aiming for balanced growth amidst economic challenges. The bank is set to elevate its strategy of “3+1 and Productivity” further, focusing on a “Customer-Centric Strategy” that strengthens relationships with all customer segments, delivering precise financial solutions at the right time. This approach aims to drive sustainable and stable growth for the bank, its customers, and all sectors involved.
Ms. Kattiya Indaravijaya, CEO of Kasikornbank, stated that the bank's strategy continues to focus on balanced growth, reinforcing its strength amidst challenging economic conditions. The financial targets for 2026 are as follows:
·Loan Growth: Targeting growth of 0-2%, in line with economic growth amidst ongoing challenges. The bank will continue to focus on quality loan growth, secured loans, and customers with growth potential, enhancing its lending capabilities to support stable long-term growth.
·Net Interest Margin (NIM): Expected to be between 2.75-2.95%, in line with interest rate trends and quality loan growth.
·Net Fee Income Growth: Projected to grow in the mid-to-high single digits, driven by the expansion of wealth management solutions and leadership in domestic and cross-border payment services.
·Cost to Income Ratio: Expected to be in the mid-40s, with the bank emphasizing cost control measures and efficiency improvements to address revenue growth pressures.
·NPL Ratio - Gross: Expected to be below 3.25% amidst an uncertain economic recovery.
·Credit Cost: Expected to be in the range of 140-160 bps (Normalized Level), with the bank managing risks cautiously in line with economic conditions.
Additionally, the bank maintains a strong capital position to support ongoing business operations.

In 2026, Kasikornbank will elevate its “3+1 and Productivity” strategy further, focusing on a “Customer-Centric Strategy” that prioritizes customer needs across all life stages and business contexts, including individual customers, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients. This approach aims to comprehensively address the needs of all customer groups to drive sustainable and inclusive growth:
1) Retail Customer Strategy: The bank aims to meet the needs of high-potential individual customers seeking growth and access to comprehensive financial services (High value, High growth, Underpenetrated segments), such as young professionals seeking financial services to secure their future and prepare for an aging society.
· Analyze customer needs at every life stage to develop and present suitable solutions tailored to individual requirements, enhancing financial sustainability for everyone.
· Expand the quality customer base by offering various solutions, including loans, investments, life insurance, and comprehensive payment services at the right time, addressing different needs at each life stage.

Core Strategy 3: Strengthening various channels under the “Digital First Experience” strategy by utilizing technology to connect products and services across all channels, integrating personnel capabilities, and focusing primarily on digital channels through K PLUS mobile banking for retail customers and K BIZ digital platform for SME customers, developed to cover both applications and websites to provide a user experience that is easy, stable, and secure, meeting the diverse and effective needs of each customer group. The bank ranks first in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty (Net Promoter Score: NPS) in the banking sector in Thailand, according to NielsenIQ, a leading global consumer research company, and the number of K PLUS users increased by over 1 million in 2025 to 24.2 million.
Core Strategy 'Plus One': Creating new revenue sources in the medium and long term focusing on prioritizing and optimizing the international business portfolio and expanding the innovation and growth potential business portfolio to ensure long-term returns on investment, along with strategies to enhance productivity through the use of advanced technology and artificial intelligence (AI) alongside employee expertise.
Operating under the “3+1 and Productivity” strategy along with the “Customer-Centric Strategy” will enable Kasikornbank and its customers to adapt and grow in a balanced manner amidst a business environment that continues to face various challenges, including global economic uncertainties, geopolitical tensions, uncertainties regarding U.S. import taxes that pressure global trade, the tourism sector, and domestic consumption that have yet to fully recover, as well as increased competition in technology.
